Our story began with the dream of Carlos, a lifelong entrepreneur whose journey has been anything but ordinary. He started his career by founding two tech companies that delivered innovative solutions to major corporations. Later, he transitioned to the corporate world, where he led one of the largest transactional product portfolios in Latin America.

Now, Carlos is returning to his true calling: entrepreneurship—this time in the world of food. A self-proclaimed foodie with an undeniable sweet tooth, his passion and love for culinary experiences inspired the idea of creating an Italian Gelato Parlor inside a vintage Airstream trailer.

Why gelato? As someone deeply influenced by Italian culture and cuisine throughout his life, Carlos sees gelato as more than just a dessert—it’s a healthier, richer, and more joyful way to indulge our inner child.

Alongside him is his wife, Diana, whose unwavering support has been vital in every step of the journey. While she pursues her own career in the corporate world, she dedicates her free time to helping build this new venture with the same love and passion that fuels Carlos’ dream.
